We are currently seeking two senior developers to join the team. The two individuals will be responsible for application design and architecture that are in line with functional requirements. They will provide mentorship to other developers and assist with any third level support for any software issues that arise. The developers will be part of one of the groups responsible for the two exciting projects below:

Our loan application processing system is where over 6000 dealer and credit union users log in on a daily basis to submit, process and fund loan applications for Cars, Boats, RV’s and many other loan types. On an average day over 4,000 applications are submitted, 1,500 applications are funded and 12,000 decisions are made regarding those applications. This system is made up of many web services and NT Services, and the user interface consists of a single website. All components are written in C# and utilize the following technologies ASP.NET, WCF, SQL Server 2008, jQuery and SQL Reporting.

Our Dealer Platform written in C# using MVC, WCF, jQuery and SQL Server 2008, is the new site we are building for our 6000+ dealers to use on a daily basis. This site is responsible for aggregating information from all our dealer platforms and providing access to those systems through a unified login. Using jQuery and WCF we have built a site that performs well and provides our dealers with the tools and dynamic information they need.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who has a strong passion for software development. Five years development experience in data centric Windows or Web applications is a must. Experience with C#, Visual Studio, Silverlight, WinForm, ASP.Net, WCF, Web Services, XML, SQL Server, Windows Services, UX Design, JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery, CSS is necessary.

The team members must be able to effectively participate in collaborative design/requirement meetings and be able to break up larger projects into individual pieces. They must have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with non-technical users. A willingness and initiative to learn new technologies and know when to apply them. Excellent collaboration/team-building skills. Ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly evolving environment.
